FAQs

Frequently asked questions

The things travellers most often ask before booking this trek.

Can I cancel my booking?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure; after that the deposit is non-refundable.

How fit do I need to be?

You should be comfortable walking 4–6 hours a day with some steep climbs. Summit day is the longest, so train on hills for a few weeks beforehand.

What about altitude and safety?

The route climbs gradually over five days, which helps your body adapt. Your guide monitors the group and the schedule can change if conditions are poor.

What should I bring?

Broken-in boots, layers for cold mornings, a headlamp for the pre-dawn start, a warm sleeping bag, sun protection and a refillable water bottle.
